**Controller Reprogramming May Be Required** 

IMPORT INFORMATION

• Aftermarket motors may require controller reprogramming
• Minor drilling may be required for certain applications
• A 3 Amp Diode is recommended for all high amperage controllers

**A controller alone on a Series cart will provide more torque but no additional speed. To obtain more speed on a Series cart you will need more voltage and or a bigger motor with the controller.**

• Kit includes (1) Navitas 440-Amp Controller and Plug and Play harness for EZGO models with (36-Volt Series/DCS/PDS and 48-Volt T48) drive systems (MUST USE DROP DOWN ABOVE TO SELECT FOR CORRECT MODEL)

Performance:

36 Volt TXT with DCS/PDS/Series Drive System(1994-2013):

• Speeds up to 18 MPH with stock 18" wheels and tires
• Improved efficiency at lower speeds = MORE RANGE
• Up to 20% more RAW torque than the stock controller which allows for better hill-climbing capability with 22/23" tires
• Speeds will very based on age of cart, mechanical condition, tire pressure, etc.

48 Volt TXT(2014-up):

• Speeds up to 23 MPH with stock 18" wheels and tires
• Improved efficiency at lower speeds = MORE RANGE
• Speeds will very based on age of cart, mechanical condition, tire pressure, etc.

Bluetooth App:

• The Navitas app allows you to monitor the vehicles performance
• Built in speedometer
• Gear indicator (Forward, Reverse, Neutral)
• One-click Car lockout feature
• Live battery voltage monitoring
• Provides alerts that you can send directly to us or technician/dealer for diagnostics

NOTES:

• Compatible with On-The-Fly Programmer (Please select option from drop down above)
• The Navitas app is available for Apple IOS and Android phones and tablets
• When upgrading to a high amperage controller, replacing your old 4-gauge battery cables is recommended - this upgrade will reduce resistance and allow better thermal management.
